At IMAGINE DM inc., we believe that success resides in satisfaction of our customers. Furthermore, we strongly believe that a relationship based on trust must be built in between the company and its customers. We think that our relationship must be based on full transparency, where honesty is holding a crucial place.
Thus, we engage ourselves in offering quality products, due to 2 expansions each year. For each of those expansions, the amount of products available and the odds of obtaining highly chased products will be openly communicated. A monthly press release will be available to discuss the company’s growth and the various challenges we might face. Each of our products will always be of limited quantities. We reserve the right to reprint the very first sets of products in order to adjust to real demand. However, for each products, a maximum quantity will be determined and openly communicated prior to the first release.
RELATIONSHIP POLICY
We will make sure to fully engage ourselves toward our customers (as mentioned in the introduction above). To do so, we will provide monthly updates on the overall health of the company, the upcoming challenges we are facing and so much more. We will also make sure the players will have their word to say about the upcoming sets, the promotional items and pretty much every thing we will design. We truly want YOU to be part of it.
If you have any inquiries, we will provide answers through our customers services. A FAQ section will also be provided.
Of course, we are, alike all the other companies, seeking to make some benefits and we will not publicly divulgate everything. Unfortunately, some informations are bond to non-divulgation agreements. But we will make sure you know enough to feel like you are fully involved.
PRO PLAY PROGRAM (PPP)
If we reach our threshold goal of 500 000$ in sales during Kickstarter, we engage ourselves in establishing a major competitive scene with significant payouts. The exact frame of our competitive scene will be published within 3 months of the official launch of our first products. We want that scene to be the reflect of our health and sales. Thus, we will cumulate 0,25$ US for each booster pack sold (or equivalent products) in prize pool for all the “high level” competitions. The amount accumulated that way from the previous year (September to August) will be disclosed each September and how that money will be divided for all the major events of the upcoming year. The exact structure will be shaped accordingly to our growth. However, it will lead to a yearly World Event. Furthermore, we engage ourselves to bonify that program by 0,10$ US for each booster pack sold during the first year.
If Kickstarter don’t reach its goal, we will still launch the PPP program as soon as sales will reach a significant amount. You will be informed of such in our monthly updates.
LGS POLICY
At Imagine DM, we believe that success will come from Local Game Stores (LGS), no matter their size. Thus, we will provide opportunity to each LGS to buy their products directly from our incentive program. Larger orders will get additional discounts, although preferential price offered to each store will allow even the smallest ones to sell products at MSRP and still making fair benefits. We will not offer our products in mass retail stores, except for the base game. A player reward system through LGS will also be available. These specifics details will be published within 3 months of the official launch date.
Other details will be provided to offer LGS more value. As an example, Signature cards will not be included in boosters. We will provide 1 Signature Card in a Unique Package for each boosters crate you will order (6x booster boxes). This will be the only way, beside during Kickstarter, to get your hand on those cards. As crates are normally sold to LGS, we expect they will make profit from those unique items. We expect those signature cards to be offered as prizes at games nights or at tournaments. However, we will let each LGS do as they please.
AI and ARTS POLICY
To propose affordable products, we chose to integrate AI drawing for our cards. This controversial choice allows us to substantially reduce costs and then to offer a great product available for everyone. We are seeking, at first, to offer a product that will be accessible to most people. We engage ourselves to always propose a fair price for our products.
Nonetheless, we know that all CCG would not even exist without artists. As soon as our yearly sales will reach 1 000 000 can$, we engage to spend at least 1% of our incomes on various arts products (promotional stuff, cards drawing, etc.).
QUALITY POLICY
We engage ourselves in providing quality products, made exclusively from trustworthy partnerships. All our products, as much as possible, will come from equitable corporations. No products will be bought from non-fairtrades sources.
Furthermost, we will take extra cares to have environmental friendly products, such as paper wraps and no extra wrappings. We will try to choose eco-friendly solutions whenever offered.
ECO-RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
We strongly believe that companies should care about the future. As such, we engage ourselves in providing support to eco-friendly causes. In such way, as soon as sales will reach over 1 000 000 CAN$/year, we engage to distribute 2% of our benefits to eco-friendly causes.
